  • Appointed SME for Problem Solve tools and SOPs within Amazon’s WMS proprietary ecosystem.

  • Constantly performed thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis, digital investigations and inventory forensics work involving multiple WMS tools.

  • Executed project that reduced concessions by EUR 1.2 million (~43.5%) during its first year.

  • Implemented process that reduced Problem Solve hours for Andon Tickets by 17.4%.

  • Leveraged SCRUM to implement a Vendor Compliance Program which reduced quarterly Problem Solve expense by EUR 357,000—a -37.4%. Involved cross-functional internal teams and Vendors worth up to 50 million EUR in Revenue.

  • Ramped-up a team of 2 Area Managers, 8 Team Leaders, and 70 Quality Associates for the launch of a new Fulfillment Center—the newest Robotics Fulfillment Warehouse in our Region in 2020.

  • Oversaw and executed financial operations to comply with regulations within strict currency control regulation and at the same time preserving the company's operating cash value amidst several periods of hyperinflation.

  • Led project to scope, define, and implement an in-house logistics software. Still being used and continuously improved.

  • Exited the business for 27x my initial investment.
