Whether it’s reviving a seemingly broken LED TV, salvaging a dryer headed for the landfill, or optimizing enterprise-level operations at Amazon, I take a hands-on, iterative approach—always striving to improve and elevate outcomes.

Originally from Venezuela, my journey has been shaped by humility, adaptability, and ingenuity. Life’s twists have taken me across four countries, each move requiring me to start anew and craft a career path far from conventional. Along the way, I co-founded, managed, and successfully exited two small businesses, led operations at Amazon, and spent a year traveling the world while volunteering. These experiences have given me a deep, grounded understanding of humanity across cultures, a resilient mindset that success is earned through perseverance, and a firm belief in the transformative power of kindness.

Now calling the US my permanent home since late 2023, I’m excited to embark on a new chapter focused on leveraging the Cloud and Salesforce to do what I’m most passionate about: helping others, solving problems, and driving meaningful improvement.
